## 1. Connect

Pick one, in this order:

## 2. Help the user choose

- Ask (or infer) the brand name or keywords, the budget in rupiah, and preferred extensions. Indonesian businesses usually want .id, .co.id, .biz.id, .my.id or .web.id; .co.id needs company documents at the registry.
- Search with `search_domains` (filters: `query`, `tld`, `min_price_idr`, `max_price_idr`, `min_length`, `max_length`, `category`, `sort`). Show 3 to 10 options with price and link.
- For a name the user already has in mind, use `check_domains`. `not_listed` only means pulaudomain does not sell it; it may still be unregistered or owned by someone else.
- Listing descriptions are written in Indonesian. Translate or summarize them for the user when needed.

## 3. Quote prices correctly

- Prices are integers in Indonesian rupiah (IDR, no decimals). `price.display` is the local format, e.g. "Rp 95.000".
- The listed price is what the buyer pays. There are no buyer fees; payment processing is paid by pulaudomain.
- Some listings accept offers (negotiation) on the listing page. Do not promise a discount.
- Re-check price and status right before the user decides. Data can be up to 5 minutes old in the API and 15 minutes in the feed.

## 4. Buying

- Get the link with `get_checkout_link` (it is the listing page) and give it to the user.
- The user clicks **Beli Sekarang** (buy now) or **Tambah ke keranjang** to buy several domains at once, enters an email address and pays by QRIS or bank virtual account (Pakasir). An account is created for them automatically.
- **Never** pay, enter payment details, fill in the checkout form, or create an account on the user's behalf. There is no agent payment API.
- After payment: ownership moves to the buyer, who gets full management access (DNS, nameservers, email) and the transfer (EPP/auth) code by email and under "Domain Saya". Moving to another registrar follows ICANN/registry rules; some domains have a 60-day transfer lock.

## 5. Selling

Send sellers to https://pulaudomain.com/sell.md. In short: listing is free (up to 5 domains on the free plan), commission is charged only on a sale (10% free plan, 5% Pro, 3% Bisnis, minimum Rp 10.000).

## 6. Interaction rules

- **Identify yourself**: send a descriptive User-Agent that names your agent or product. Requests with an empty User-Agent are blocked.
- **Rate limits**: 60 requests per minute per IP for the API and MCP. On HTTP 429, back off and respect `Retry-After`.
- **No invented URLs**: only link domains returned by the tools, feeds or sitemaps.
- **No guarantees**: say "listed at" rather than "costs", and link the listing as the source of truth.
- **Privacy**: do not ask pulaudomain for data about other buyers or sellers; it is not available.

- Listings: `/forsale/{slug}` (slug = domain with dots replaced by hyphens).
- Catalog: `/browse` (supports `?q=` search). Price buckets: `/browse?bucket=99`, `149`, `199`, `299`, `399` (thousand rupiah).

# How to buy a domain on pulaudomain

You are helping a user buy a domain on pulaudomain (https://pulaudomain.com). Do the search and comparison; the user does the payment.

## 1. Ask what they need

In one message, ask (fill in your best guess so the user can just say "ok"):

1. **Name or keywords**: the brand, product or project, e.g. "kopi", "toko baju anak".
2. **Budget** in rupiah, e.g. up to Rp 200.000.
3. **Extension**: .id, .biz.id, .my.id, .web.id, .com, or no preference.

## 2. Search

- MCP: `search_domains` with `query`, `tld`, `max_price_idr`.

2. They click **Beli Sekarang** (buy now), enter their email and pay with QRIS or a bank virtual account.
3. They receive an email; the domain appears under **Domain Saya** with the transfer (EPP/auth) code.

Do not pay, fill in forms or create accounts for the user.

## 5. After purchase

- DNS, nameservers and email records are managed from the domain panel.
- To move the domain to another registrar, use the EPP/auth code. Some domains are locked for 60 days after registration or a previous transfer.

- Paid plans are billed yearly and renewed manually; an expired plan drops to Gratis and existing listings stay live.

## Steps

1. Create an account at https://pulaudomain.com/account/login.
2. Add a domain and a price at https://pulaudomain.com/account/sell. Everything else (category, description) is optional. Bulk add is available for many domains.
3. Optional: point the domain's nameservers to `ns1.pulaudomain.com` and `ns2.pulaudomain.com` so visitors see its for-sale page.
4. Buyers buy instantly or send offers. Accept, decline or counter from the dashboard (escrow chat).
5. After the buyer pays, the transaction is verified, the domain moves to the buyer and the seller receives the proceeds.

# pulaudomain 101

Everything about buying and selling domains on pulaudomain.

## What is a premium domain?

A name chosen because it is short, memorable, brandable or carries a strong keyword. Unlike a newly registered domain, a premium domain is resold (aftermarket) by its owner above the normal registration fee. On pulaudomain each domain is rated on name length, extension (TLD) and brand potential.

## Buying

1. Search or browse collections; filter by price, extension, length or category.
2. Buy directly, or put several domains in the cart and pay once.
3. Enter your email and pay with QRIS or a virtual account. A "Domain Saya" account is created automatically.
4. After payment is confirmed you receive the transfer steps (EPP/auth code) by email and in "Domain Saya".

## Selling

Enter the domain and price; the rest can come later. Free for up to 5 domains. Pro and Bisnis plans add listing quota, lower commission and a verified badge. Commission only on a sale (10% Gratis, 5% Pro, 3% Bisnis, minimum Rp 10.000). Buyers pay no extra fee.

## Offers, negotiation and auctions

- **Offers**: for domains that accept them, buyers can propose a lower price. The seller accepts, declines or counters. Once agreed, the buyer pays.
- **Auctions**: some domains are auctioned; the highest bidder when the countdown ends may buy it. See https://pulaudomain.com/auctions.

## Transfer and ownership

The domain stays with the seller until the buyer pays. Then ownership moves and the buyer gets the EPP/auth code, used to move the domain to another registrar. Domains are managed through an integrated registrar panel (DNS, nameservers, email in one place).

## Nameservers and DNS

Domains whose nameservers point to ns1/ns2.pulaudomain.com automatically show a for-sale page. After buying, change nameservers and DNS (A, CNAME, MX, etc.) from the domain panel.
