# Pricing for sellers on pulaudomain

- Commission is charged only when a domain sells, minimum Rp 10.000 per transaction.
- Example for a Rp 500.000 sale: seller receives Rp 450.000 (Gratis), Rp 475.000 (Pro) or Rp 485.000 (Bisnis).
- Buyers pay the listed price; payment processing (QRIS / virtual account) is covered by pulaudomain out of the commission.
- Paid plans are billed yearly and renewed manually; an expired plan drops to Gratis and existing listings stay live.

## Steps

1. Create an account at https://pulaudomain.com/account/login.
2. Add a domain and a price at https://pulaudomain.com/account/sell. Everything else (category, description) is optional. Bulk add is available for many domains.
3. Optional: point the domain's nameservers to `ns1.pulaudomain.com` and `ns2.pulaudomain.com` so visitors see its for-sale page.
4. Buyers buy instantly or send offers. Accept, decline or counter from the dashboard (escrow chat).
5. After the buyer pays, the transaction is verified, the domain moves to the buyer and the seller receives the proceeds.

## Storefront

Every seller gets a public storefront at `https://pulaudomain.com/pd/{handle}` (and `/pd/{handle}.md`).

## Rules

- Only list domains you own and control.
- Listings flagged for trademark or harmful-content risk, or suspended by the registry, are left out of the agent catalog, feeds and sitemaps.
